Jabil Global Best Practices Competition Projects Deliver Value

Twelve finalists faced off for four hours yesterday morning to compete in Jabil’s global Deliver Best Practices competition. Contestants were vying for the top prize in each of four competition categories: Operational Excellence, Human Development, Social and Environmental Responsibility and Customer Satisfaction.

Presenting before a panel of Jabil executives, the finalists’ showcased impressive projects that reduced costs, streamlined processes, recycled material and supported employee programs and local communities. In the end, each finalist claimed a prize, with the top winner in each category receiving a trophy and cash prize to share with his or her team.

The Judges for the final day of competition included Tim Main, Jabil President and CEO; Mark Mondello, Chief Operating Officer; Forbes Alexander, Chief Financial Officer; Bill Peters, Executive Vice President, Human Development & Human Resources; and Mike Matthes, Senior Vice President, Worldwide Operations.
